Dental Temps AZ started as a 3-person Dental Hygiene Team providing temporary coverage in Prescott AZ in 2016. We very quickly started getting calls from dentists in surrounding communities requesting temporary staff. In response to the ongoing need of staff in Northern Arizona, we recruited the assistance of like-minded individuals to join our dental team. In addition to Hygienists, we added Assistants & Front Desk personnel; all living in the communities they serve.
Dental Temps AZ now has Dentists, Hygienists, Assistants & Front Desk personnel living throughout Arizona providing quality care to local dental offices on a temporary & permanent basis. It is so exciting (and mutually beneficial) when one of our Candidates finds their new “dental home” and our Clients find their new team member!

Dental Temps AZ loves mentoring new grads! We provide on-going opportunities to our new and existing team members. We provide CPR & First Aid training, Lunch & Learns, Continuing Education, Networking, One-on-One Clinical Skills Tutoring for new grads, opportunities to Shadow & Observe or intern in a real dental office prior to and right after graduation, access to “Real World Dental Hygiene” course and Cover Letter & Resume help. Many of our Candidates secure permanent positions prior to graduation!
