How do I get started?
Please take the time to browse through our website. Click the STAFF tab and select Staff Registration. Create a username and password, fill out the online questionnaire, upload your resume and click REGISTER. Once we have verified your information and checked references, someone from our office will contact you to schedule an interview. Once it’s determined we can use you in our referral base, we will email you the “New Candidate Letter & Packet” which contains documents required for placement. We ask that you review all documents, sign, and submit back to us or upload onto your profile.
How will I know I have a temping assignment or employment opportunity?
Once the registration process is complete, there will be two ways for you to know of possible opportunities.
- You will be contacted or receive an “Opportunity alert” (via email, text, or phone) informing you of both temporary and permanent opportunities. You can then choose to either accept or reject the opportunities.
- You can check our website’s Job Postings page to view both temporary or permanent opportunities currently available in your area. Then let us know which opportunity you are interested in.
Our service provides you the flexibility to control your schedule. Work as little or as much as YOU choose.
It is crucial that temping candidates be self-motivated (respond to messages from Dental Temps AZ as quickly as possible and check on our website for placement opportunities), reliable (confirm assigned placements quickly and show up prepared to assigned placements), and accessible (provide current contact info and your availability status to Dental Temps AZ)
How do I get paid?
Once you have completed a temping assignment, submit your Time-sheet to Dental Temps AZ to request payment of services. Once we have received your signed Time-sheet, a check will be issued and mail out to you promptly.
Are there any other requirements to use your service?
Yes! Be Happy and Enthusiastic! Doctor’s offices are looking not only for well trained and skilled employees but individuals that can connect with their staff and patients. They are looking for individuals that can create a “seamless transition” in their offices. They are looking for someone they can request the next time they need a temp or permanent employee. Keep in mind, your temping assignment can very well turn into your next permanent position, your new “dental home!”
