How do I get started?
Please take the time to browse through our website. Click on the DOCTOR tab and select “Doctor Registration” Do this now! This will help save time when you need an immediate placement. Once registered, someone from our office will contact you and email you the “New Client Letter & Packet” which contains the Client Agreement, Fee Schedule, and other pertinent documents. We ask that you review all documents, sign, and submit back to us. If you like, we can set up a personal visit to discuss any questions you might have regarding our services.
How do I reserve a temp and how much notice do you need?
Click on the DOCTOR tab and select “Reserve a Temp.” Fill out the form and submit. Dental Temps AZ will “match-up” your specific needs to one of our many qualified candidates. That candidate will then contact your office to confirm the temping assignment. You can reserve your temp several weeks or even months in advance (ie: vacations or maternity leave).
You can also call us directly or email us at Leticia@DentalTempsAZ.com if you are in need of someone immediately (ie: illness, termination or loss of an employee, or any other emergencies).
How do I pay my temp?
There are two different ways you can pay for our staffing services. Once registered…
- Simply go onto our website, sign-in and under the DOCTOR tab, click on Make a Payment. Sign-in. You will be redirected to a secure site where you can pay either with a credit card or with a PayPal account.
- Payment can also be made with a check made out to Dental Temps AZ and mailed to: PO Box 31778, Tucson AZ 85751.
Dental Temps AZ pays the temping candidate saving you time and money by minimizing your payroll and administrative duties.
Can I request a certain individual to temp in our office?
Absolutely! If there is a particular candidate that has worked well in your office previously, we encourage you to request them for future placements. On the flip side, if there is a particular candidate that did not work well with your office dynamics, you can request that they not return. To help us provide you with the best possible candidates, we encourage feedback on all individuals that have been placed in your office for “quality control” purposes.
All correspondences between the doctor’s office and Dental Temps AZ staff are confidential.
Do you offer permanent placements?
Yes, we do! In fact, many of our candidates do so well in their temporary placements that they are asked to return on a permanent basis. Our Temp-to-Hire Program provides the opportunity for both the Client and the Candidate to “try-out” each other, ensuring a good, long-term fit.
